Ingredients

1/3 green pepper
1/3 red pepper
2 radishes, trimmed
1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed and seeded (optional)
2 green onions, white part
1 pint no-fat cottage cheese


Instructions

Place all ingredients in food processor with metal blade, pulse until veggies are diced and cheese is smooth.
