Caviar

Maryland Style Caviar makes a great appetizer or a great snack. Dip with Tostitos or Fritos scoops."

Ingredients

Caviar:
1 cup minced celery
1 cup chopped red and green peppers
1 small minced onion
1 can shoepeg corn - drained & rinsed
1 can pinto beans - drained & rinsed
1 small jar chopped pimentos

SAUCE:
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup vinegar


Instructions

Combine all caviar ingredients in large refrigerator bowl.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Then pour over "caviar," mix well and
refrigerate over night.
Drain and Serve Cold.
