Artichoke Hearts (frozen or canned)
Fresh Parsley
Parmesan cheese

Canola Oil

Instructions
Thaw artichokes by rinsing under cold water and chop coarsely. Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer. Serve with garlic toast or toast flat bread. Also, wonderful on salads or used as a filling for oven roasted chicken breasts.
