Hot Artichoke and Feta Cheese DipUser Submitted Recipe
1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
2 jars of artichoke hearts, drained, pureed (or chopped)
1 c Parmesan cheese, grated
6 cloves garlic crushed
1/2 c mayo
1/2 c sour cream
small can green chopped chilies
blend first 7 ingredients and put in casserole dish. Crumble feta cheese on top and sprinkle with dill weed.
bake @ 350 for 30 mins until lightly brown and bubble. provide chips or crackers for dipping...
