Rueben Spread

Ingredients

2 pkgs (8 oz) Cream Cheese, cubed
3 3/4 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
14 oz sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
8 oz thinly sliced corned beef, chopped
1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing


Instructions

In a 1 1/2 qt slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours; stir to blend. Serve with snack rye bread.
