Ingredients

1/2 block Velveeta Cheese
1 cup salsa (any brand)
Cayenne powder to taste
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/8th cup chopped green onions

Instructions

Rough chop the onions
Place the Velveeta in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted, stirring between each start. Add the cream cheese and microwave for fifteen more seconds. Stir. Add the salsa, stir, microwave for fifteen seconds, and stir. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Voila! Easy, delicious, and a great vegetarian party pleaser.
