Chickpea Peanut Butter Dip/Spread

Ingredients

1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup low fat peanut butter
3 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. table salt
1/4 cup hot water


Instructions

Combine all ingredients in food processor/blender. Blend until smooth (about 2 minutes). Allow to set up in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
