Mozzarella Snacks

Ingredients

cocktail rye bread
mayonnaise
onion
mozzarella cheese


Instructions

spread a small amount of mayo on each piece of cocktail ryes, top that with either chopped or sliced onions, top that with mozzarella cheese. Put under broiler until cheese melts and is brown and bubbly. Serve hot
