Tony's Homemade SalsaUser Submitted Recipe
4-5 Cups Grape Tomatoes
2-3 Cloves of Garlic
1/4 of Lime
1/2 Bunch of Cilantro
1/4" Thick Slice of Red Onion
1/2 TSP Salt
1 TSP Red Wine Vinegar
Use the "S" blade of Cuisinart Food Processor or Cuisinart Blender.
Take 1-4 Whole Jalapenos, remove stem place in pan of water, and boil for 10 minutes. Next Putt 1-2 Jalapenos, 4 Cups of Grape Tomatoes, 2 Cloves of peeled Garlic, 1/4 slice of whole Lime (remove peeling), 1/2 bunch fresh Cilantro, 1/4" thick slice of whole Red Onion, 1/2 TSP Salt, 1 TSP Red Wine Vinegar into the Work Bowl with handle. Using the "S" blade turn on the processor until ingredients are chopped up and mixed well together.
Taste and to increase the hottness add one jalapeno and pulse until mixed into the salsa. If you desire more lime taste cut another 1/4 slice of lime and mix.
If you accidentally make the salsa too hot then simply add more grape tomatoes. (recommend adding 1/2 cup at a time until the desired hotness is achieved.)
