Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 cups low fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3 garlic cloves crushed
1(14 oz. can) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz.) block low fat cream cheese
1 (8 oz) block fat free cream cheese
1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thaw, drain,squeezed dry
Instructions
Combine 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella, sour cream, 3 tbsp. Parmesan and next 6 ingredients in food processor until well blended. Spoon mixture into a baking dish approx. 1 1/2 qt size. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella, and remaining Parmesan. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips.
