28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
7 oz can pickled jalapenos, undrained (less for milder salsa)
1 tbs garlic powder
kosher salt to taste
Process tomatoes and pickled jalapenos with their juice in the food processor, add garlic powder and process thoroughly. Add salt to taste. Sodium levels in canned tomatoes vary widely from brand to brand, so our salt ranges from no salt to a teaspoon of salt, to your taste.
