1/2 tsp. dried leaf basil
1/2 tsp. dried leaf thyme
1 sm. onion, sliced, separated in rings
Lettuce and tomato slices
grape seed oil for frying
8 small kaiser – style rolls
Mayo - optional
Instructions
In medium bowl, mix beef, beer, butter, salt, pepper, spices and bacon. Mix well and shape into eight small patties. Place on bottom half of rolls. Slather top of bun with mayo. Top with onions, lettuce and tomatoes.
