Sweet & Sour Meatballs


1-14oz. can cranberry jellied
1-14oz. can whole cranberry sauce
3 tlbs. vinegar
3 tlbs. apricot preserves
2 tlbsp. sugar
1 tesp. lemon juice
1 tesp. grated orange peel
1 tesp. dry mustard
1/8 tesp. pepper
1/4 tesp. nutmeg
1/4 tesp. cinnamon
Dash of salt


Heat above ingredients un-covered until hot and slightly thickened.

Before you make the sauce heat on Low in slow cooker about 3 lbs. of meatballs that have been already cooked then pour the hot cranberry sauce over the meat balls. Heat meat balls and sauce on low for 3 hours.
