Vidalia Onion Dip
User Submitted Recipe
“
Yummy anytime dip."
Ingredients
Vidalia Onions
Mayonaise (not Miracle Whip)
Swiss Cheese (good quality)
Instructions
Equal parts of each 1 cup or 2 cups of each.
Use good swiss cheese - I prefer buying it in a block and shredding it. Use real mayo (not miracle whip) We also use vidalia onions. Just mix those 3 ingrediants all together and spread it in a baking dish uncovered. Bake it at about 350 for about 35 min. You want it to be browned on top. I like using a bigger baking dish so it's not as deep. That means there is more of the brown top to eat - my favorite part.
Use a chip like a Triscuit or Wheat Thin to dip.
