Sausage and cheese baked wonton"

Ingredients

2 cups cooked crumbled hot Italian Sausage
1 & 1/2 Cups grated Sharp Chedder Cheese
1 & 1/2 Cups grated Monterey Jacl Cheese
1 can (2.25 oz.) Sliced black olives
1 Cup Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup fine chopped red pepper
1 package fresh or frozen Wonton Wrappers
Olive oil


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blot sausage dry with paper towels and combine with cheese, dressing, olives and red pepper. Carefully press 1 wonton wrapper into each cup of a mini muffin pan. Brush very lightly with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove wrappers from tins and place on bakeing sheet. Fill with sausage mixture. Bake 5 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 4 to 5 dozen mini appetizers. Filling and wonton shells can be made a few day in advanvce and then assembled and baked when ready to be serve
