Ingredients

1c cooked corn
3c shredded mexican cheese
4 tortillas
1 tsp taco seasoning or season all
Beef or chicken is optional

Instructions

Brown one side tortilla in frying pan with butter, flip to the other side and add cheese, corn and a dash of seasoning ( this is when you'd add the meat as well) fold in half pushing down all edges so it creates at least a partial seal. Cook until cheese is melted and it's done. I suggest serving with sour cream and salsa. Perfect game food :D
