buffalo chicken dipUser Submitted Recipe
1 1/2 pound of shredded chicken (one whole rotisserie chicken shredded)
1 8 oz package of cream cheese softened
1/2 cup blue cheese (or ranch) dressing
1 cup buffalo wing sauce of choice
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag of tortilla chips for dipping
1 bunch of celery cleaned and cut into 3-4 inch pieces for dipping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
mix chicken, cream cheese, dressing, buffalo sauce and cheese together in a bowl. Pour into a 9x13 baking pan.
Bake in oven until bubbly. Approximately 30 minutes.
Serve with celery sticks and chips.
This can also be prepared in a slow cooker.
