Baked Potato Chip DipUser Submitted Recipe
2 (16 ounce) containers sour cream
6 slices bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine sour cream, bacon, Cheddar cheese and green onions; stir well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with chips. Ruffle chips hold up best.
