Hot Bacon DipUser Submitted Recipe
One pound of bacon
16 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Dice bacon and fry in sauce pan until crisp. Drain of grease.
In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and cheese until well blended. Fold in bacon pieces.
Place mixture in a casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot with bagel chips.
