4 pounds chicken wings
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons dried thyme (or 5 teaspoons fresh thyme)
1/2 stick melted unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes (adjust to your taste)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to your taste)
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except melted butter. Mix them through and then add the melted butter, stir to combine. Then spread the wings in one layer onto a baking sheet.
Roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and fully cooked.
