Quick and Fresh SalsaUser Submitted Recipe
28 oz can whole tomatoes undrained
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper, optional
1/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp canned green chilies
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp ground Mustard
1 tsp ground Cumin
Cilantro to taste
Place all ingredients into a Cuisinart Food Processor Bowl fitted with a steel blade. Pulse until desired consistency, chill and serve with chips.
