Ingredients
8 oz Colby-Jack cheese
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
1 Cup Mexicorn
9 oz. Can Green chiles
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 deg. F. for 30-45 minutes. Serve hot, with corn chips (Frito Scoops, preferred.) Recipe may be doubled.
