Russ's Guacamole


(from Downtowner newspaper, Portland, OR- mid 1970's)
“ No packaged mixes- a real yummy recipe."

Ingredients

2 mashed avocados
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1 or 2 tsp mayonnaise


Instructions

Mix everything up but the chopped tomato- adding that last.
