Awesome healthy veggie dip everyone will enjoy!!"


1 green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 can shoepeg (white) corn
1 can black eyed peas
1 avocado, chopped
1/2 purple onion, chopped
some cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp. salt


Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with Scoops corn chips.
