Nancy's Special Swiss Cheese Dip

So good - I always double recipe & it still is gone in no time. YUMMY!"

Ingredients

8 oz Cream Cheese
4 oz Swiss Cheese (grated)
1/2 cup Miracle whip or Mayo
2 tablespoon onion (dried onions work great, just follow directions)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

8 oz Crisp Cooked Bacon
1/4 to 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs or stale crackers - just crush in a plastic bag with rolling pin


Instructions

Mix the first five ingredients together well and put in a microwave safe bowl. Crumble the bacon and mix with the bread crumbs. Spread evenly on top of the cheese mixture.

Cook in the microwave oven for 3 to 5 minutes until hot. Serve with crackers.
