1 can of original or medium Rotel (drained)
8 ounces of reduced fat cream cheese
1 pound of reduced fat regular or hot sausage
1 bag of Frito brand scoops
Instructions
In a frying pan, cook the sausage until done. Drain grease. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add rotel and stir until combined. Serve will frito scoops.
