Creamy and cool, this dip is a great addition to chips and spicy salsa."
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1 sm. can of diced green chiles
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. salt
2 c. light sour cream
handful of cilantro
Instructions
Blend all together in food processor until smooth and creamy. Serve with tortilla chips and fresh salsa. You can easily double this recipe, and I would because it is so good. YUM!
