Easy Cheesy Dip


1 Can Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chiles (or similar brand)
16 oz velveeta cheese (or a block of american cheese) cut into small cubes
Tortilla Chips, Pretzels, or Pita Chips to serve


Heat a saucepan to medium heat. Add tomatoes and cheese. Cook for 5 minutes (or until cheese is completely melted) stirring throughout. Remove from heat and place in a serving dish. Let cool five minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels, or pita chips
