For a crowd, you'd better make two of these because it goes fast!"


1 can fat free refried beans
1 pkg. 8 oz. low fat cream cheese
1 c. fat free sour cream
2 T. taco seasoning
1/2 c. low fat sharp cheddar cheese
1 small can drained sliced olives
1 medium seed and chopped tomato
1/4 c. diced green onions
2 T. fresh diced cilantro


Spread refried beans in bottom of pie plate. Soften cream cheese ahead of time and mix with sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread that on top of the refried beans. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until melted. Remove from oven and sprinkle with tomatoes, green onions and cilantro. Use you favorite chips for dipping.
