For a crowd, you'd better make two of these because it goes fast!"


1 can fat free refried beans
1 pkg. 8 oz. low fat cream cheese
1 cup fat free sour cream
2 Tbsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup low fat sharp cheddar cheese
1 small can drained sliced olives
1 medium seed and chopped tomato
1/4 cup diced green onions
2 Tbsp fresh diced cilantro


Spread refried beans in bottom of pie plate. Soften cream cheese ahead of time and mix with sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread that on top of the refried beans. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350° for 15 - 20 minutes or until melted. Remove from oven and sprinkle with tomatoes, green onions and cilantro. Use you favorite chips for dipping.
