Turkey Roll-Ups
User Submitted Recipe
“
These filling appetizers are so easy and quick to put together. This is the base recipe, but I change up the filling from time to time and add other chopped veggies, herbs or different flavored cream cheeses that I have lying around."
Ingredients
1 Package large flour tortillas
2 small containers flavored cream cheese (I use bacon & scallion from a bagel chain store)
2 Cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
1 Lb. Peppered turkey, sliced
1 small jar creamy caesar dressing
Instructions
In large bowl stir cream cheese until softened. Mix in spinach. Spread cream cheese mixture onto tortilla shells, add 1 layer of turkey and roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Take out of plastic wrap and slice diagonally in 1 to 1-1/2 inch strips. Serve with creamy caesar dressing.
