GREEN BAY ARTICHOKE DIP


GO PACKERS DIP!
Great Spicy "Garlicky" Dip
Using the Stouffer's Creamed Spinach
cuts you time in making this dip.
I serve it with the Cracked Pepper
Triscuits."

Ingredients

2 9oz. Pkgs of Stouffer's Creamed
Spinach
2 Cans of Artichoke Hearts (drained) (you can smash them up with a wooden spoon while still in the can, after draining)
2 cups of Monterey Jack Cheese (to
make hot, use the Pepper Jack Cheese)
2 Cloves of Garlic Crushed
1 Package of Creamed Cheese


Instructions

Everything can be done in the Microwave!
You can use the dish you are serving in or put in a hot dip server/warmer.
Microwave the Stouffer's Creamed Spinach till almost done, add all the other ingredients and microwave
till all melted, stirring every
now and then. This takes minutes to make and you can make it while people are walking in the door for the Superbowl. You can also put this dip in a dip warmer after microwaving. Serve with crackers or chips, anything.
If you use Pepper Jack Cheese it is
very spicy and full of flavor
