Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
3lb Pork Tenderloin
Salt/Pepper
2tsp Chili Powder
Medium diced one large tomato
Medium diced one large red onion
Fresh Parsley and Cilantro chopped
2tsp aged "6years works best" balsamic vinegar
fresh Ciabatta bread
Instructions
Rub salt, pepper, and chili powder onto the tenderloin. Sear in a pan on all sides. Once a light brown color place into a oven and continue cooking for 20minutes at 370degrees.
Place onion, cilantro, parsley, and tomato into a bowl and mix
Once the pork is done, let it rest for another 5minutes
Place pork on a plate, then salsa on top.
Drizzle some of the balsamic across the plate which can be used as a sauce and adds a nice flavor to the dish.
