Cheese BallUser Submitted Recipe
2 (8 oz.) 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese
1/4-1/2 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dry dressing mix
1-2 c. pecan pieces
1-2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Mix up everything except, half of the pecans & half of the cheddar cheese. Form a ball and then roll in pecans and cheddar cheese. Wrap in alum. foil and Refrigerate. Serve with Ritz crackers. The cheese ball tastes best if made a day or two beforehand. I like my to be refrigerated 1-2 nights.
