1 lb brown sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1/2 cup (1 square) butter
1 can (13oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3 gal popped corn


Combine sugar, syrup and butter in heavy saucepan and bring to boiling point, stirring well. Add condensed milk and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture reaches soft ball stage. This only takes a few minutes. Put popped corn in a large bowl and pour mixture over corn, stir to coat. Yummy
