Nonnys Stuffed Mushrooms


Cooked Vegetable
May be used as an appetizer or part of the Thanksgiving meal
2 packages whole mushrooms or any other type"

Ingredients

Mushrooms/caps
Bread crumbs
garlic
onions
parsley
grated cheese, any type
olive oil
salt, pepper


Instructions

Saute minced garlic and onions and chopped mushroom caps in olive oil and set aside combine bread crumbs, parsley, grated cheese, salt, pepper to taste and sauteed veggies to mixture. Add extra olive oil to moisten- place in whole mushrooms- bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30 min. serve -enjoy! Just the way my Nonny used to make them.
