juice of 2 limes
3 finely chopped jalapeños
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/4 c finely diced red onion
1 beefsteak tomato, skinned, de-seeded and diced
Add 1/4 sour cream
Season with salt and pepper.

1. Skin and remove core from 6 avocados, then roughly chop.
2. Season with juice of 2 limes. Add 3 finely chopped jalapeños, 1 tbsp chopped cilantro, 1/4 c finely diced red onion and 1 beefsteak tomato, skinned, de-seeded and diced. Mix lightly.
3. Add 1/4 sour cream and Tabasco. Mix, but keep chunky. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve with yellow corn chips.
