Ingredients

1/4 cup popcorn
2 Tbs butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup cream
3 Tbs butter

Instructions

Melt the 2 Tbs of butter and pop the popcorn.
In a separate pot melt the 3 Tbs of butter, add the sugar and gently stir until the sugar has melted and begins to caramelize. Add cream and stir until thick and combined. Add the salt and red pepper flakes.
Pour this over the popcorn and mix up.
