Bill's Clam DipUser Submitted Recipe
One 6.5 oz. can of Gorton's or Snows minced clams
One 8 oz. package of Philadelphia brand cream cheese
Hellmans or Cains mayonnaise
Guldens mustard. Start with 1 1/2 tablespoons and add more to your taste.
Worcestershire sauce. start with 1 1/2 tablespoons and add more to your taste.
minced onions. Start with 3 tablespoons and add more to your taste.
Cut cream cheese into one inch chunks and place in blender; add mayonnaise and pulse until mixture is nice and creamy. Use sufficient mayonnaise to accomplish this.
Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce and minced onions. Drain clams and add to mixture. Pulse until all is blended.
Clam Dip is finished.
Serve with potato chips.
