Toasted Sunflower kernels

Ingredients

1 jar sunflower kernels
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of butter


Instructions

Preheat oven to 250
melt butter in oven
add garlic powder and soy sauce
coat sunflower kernels with sauce
stir sunflower kernels every 15 minutes
Bake for approx. 40 minutes
