Open Face Ruben Sandwiches

“ This is great for a party or anytime. You can make them up a head of time and then pop them in the oven. In no time they will be gone."

Ingredients

small rye bread
corn beef thinly sliced
sauerkraut
1000 Island dressing
thinly sliced swiss cheese


Instructions

Put the bread on a sheet pan, spread with 1000 island dressing, put on corn beef, sauerkraut, and swiss cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees until the cheese had melted about 10 min.
