Salsa Verde

“ A great appetizer"

Ingredients

6 medium avocados
1/4 cup onion
2 jalapenos
2 tbs lime juice
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic salt


Instructions

Put all together in food processor.
Blend til creamy. Too spicy? add a little more sour cream. Too thick? add a tsp of water.
Serve with corn chips
