10 oz package of frozen peas (defrosted)
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh mint
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3/4 Teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
Put all ingredients into the food processor and process until chunky/smooth. We like it with Akmak crackers; it's also good on pita bread or scooped up with jicama.
