Ingredients

3/4 lb. Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks)Butter
Small Carton Cottage Cheese
2 Tbs. Sour Cream
1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
4 green onions or 10 chives, chopped

Instructions

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. It is easiest to make this cheese spread using your Cuisinart food processor, however, it can be made with a mixer.

Put all ingredients except chives in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy. Mix in chives or green onions. Serve with crackers or crudites. (It's also really good on potatoes!)
