Cheese Chutney DipUser Submitted Recipe
10 ounces blueberry preserves
1 tablespoon garam masala
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated, at room temperature
3 tablespoons sherry
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 cup Green Onion (tops only), finely chopped
1. Combine blueberry preserves with garam masala and refrigerate.
2. Combine cheeses, curry powder and sherry. Place in pie pan lined with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until 1 hour before serving.
3. Remove cheese from pie plate and place on serving platter.
4. Spread approximately 1/2 cup of blueberry preserve mixture over cheese mixture and top with green onions. Remaining preserve mixture can be saved for later use.
