Small or big any kind of mushrooms, even can, best is fresh.
a half a stick of butter or marg.,
Frito lays can or jar French onion dip,(Frito-Lay is best thicker and heartier than other brands)
1/4 cup of sour cream,
2-3 tablespoons of buttermilk dressing,
optional mozzarella cheese
Take stems off of mushrooms, set top to the side. Chop stems put in a bowl, mix all remaining ingredients with stems, except the cheese. In a large skillet, put in the tops of mushrooms. Stuff tops with mixture, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese optional. Put a lid on it, get pan hot, then simmer on low. For about 20 - 30 min as desired until done.
