Hot Artichoke Dip

Delicious and creamy. Perfect for any get together! Great with crackers and pita chips."


2 cans (14oz. each) artichoke hearts (drained)

1 block (8oz.) cream cheese

1 stick (8 Tbsp) melted butter

1 jar (8oz.) parmesan cheese, divided


In food processor combine artichoke hearts, cream cheese, melted butter, and 2/3 of parmesan cheese. Blend until all ingredients are combined and mixture is creamy. Spread artichoke dip into a greased 9X9 dish and top with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake @ 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
