Shrimp TeaseUser Submitted Recipe
1 lb Tiger or lg Shrimp-butter flied
1 Guinness Draft
1 tbl Minced shallots
1 ¾ c Brown sugar
½ c Worcestershire
½ c Your favorite salsa
1/4 c Olive oil
2-tbl Dijon mustard
Salt & white pepper
Puree salsa. Mix all ingredients. Set aside about ¼ of marinade for sauce. Marinate shrimp overnight if possible.
In saucepan, bring remaining marinade to boil. Add about ¼ c water and 2 tbls cornstarch. Reduce heat and simmer till sauce becomes thick.
Grill shrimp. Sprinkle a dash of garlic salt on shrimp while cooking.
When done, place on plate and dazzle shrimp with sauce.
