Artichoke Pie

“ Quiche"

Ingredients

1/2 (8 ounces) shredded or cut up mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup peeled pepperoni (cut into small pieces)

4 eggs

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1 box frozen artichokes cut up into fours

Deep dish pie shell


Instructions

Beat eggs and mix all together and put into oven. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
