Ingredients

2 3 oz pkg cream cheese SOFTENED
1 cup shredded cheddar – 4 oz
4+ t sherry
½ t salt
1+ t curry powder
1 T dried onions
½ cup chutney – chopped (can be extended with orange marmalade or duck sauce) chopped parsley

Instructions

Mix everything except chutney and parsley in mixer. Spread into a shallow bowl, spread chutney on top and chill. Edge the bowl with chopped parsley. Serve at room temperature.
