Shrimp Rumaki

This is a bacon wrapped shrimp and water chestnut appetizer. "
Ingredients
1 lb raw shrimp (16-20)
1/2 bacon
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Sauce:
1 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Start by making your sauce so it has time to blend flavors. Mix together the miracle whip, brown sugar and chili sauce. Sauce will be kind of an orange color. It cooking it will turn into a wonderful barbeque sauce as the sugar melts and glazes the shrimp
Peal and de-vein raw shrimp and remove tails. Wrap the shrimp and 2 slices of water chestnuts in a 1/2 slice of bacon. Wrap all shrimp and skewer with toothpick. Place in baking dish and pour sauce over shrimp bake for 1 hour. Remove and place on platter let cool a few minutes before serving.
